Materials

Quartz

Quartz worktops are a popular choice for kitchen and bathroom surfaces. They are made from engineered quartz, which is a composite material consisting of crushed quartz stone mixed with resins, pigments, and other additives. Quartz worktops are highly durable and resistant to scratches, stains, and heat. The engineered nature of the material makes it less prone to chipping or cracking compared to natural stone countertops.

Caesarstone

Caesarstone has established itself as a reputable brand in the engineered quartz market, offering high-quality surfaces that combine durability, aesthetics, and ease of maintenance.

Silestone

Silestone is a brand of quartz produced by Spanish company Cosentino and is known for its innovative and high-quality surfaces. Silestone offers a wide range of colours and patterns to match most design preferences.

John Samuel

John Samuel Quartz is a carefully selected range of premium quality quartz offered at extremely competitive prices. This combination of quality and value makes John Samuel our best selling quartz range.

Porcelain

Porcelain is a ceramic material made from a mixture of clays and other natural materials. Porcelain comes in a wide variety of colours, patterns, and designs that can accurately mimic the appearance of natural stones like marble, granite or onyx, as well as concrete, wood and metal. All our porcelain slabs are sourced direct from leading Italian factories including Emil Group, Florim and Ava Ceramica.

Natural Stone

Natural stone is known for its timeless beauty and durability. There are several types of natural stones commonly used in the home, including granite, marble, quartzite, limestone and slate. Each has its own characteristics, strengths and, importantly, weaknesses. It's important to note that natural stone worktops require regular maintenance to keep them in good condition. This typically includes sealing the stone periodically to protect it from staining and etching.
